Neroli Holmes
Deputy Queensland Human Rights Commissioner
As Deputy Commissioner of the QHRC, Neroli Holmes manages the Legal Research and Policy team.
She has previously acted as a legal officer within the QHRC’s forerunner agency, the Discrimination Commission, as well as acting as registrar for the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal.
Prior to her policy career Neroli practiced law as a solicitor with a particular focus on defamation, industrial law and personal injury. She holds Bachelors of Arts and Laws with honours from the University of Queensland.
Phil Green
Queensland Privacy Commissioner
(2015-2021 )
Philip Green acted as the Queensland Privacy commissioner from 2015 to 2021. He holds qualifications in law and economics, including a Masters in Technology and Intellectual Property Law.

Scott Emerson is a journalist and regular contributor to The Australian, Sky News Australia and host of The Scott Emerson Drive Show on 4BC.
Scott served as the Member for the seat of Indooroopilly from 2009 to 2017, during which time he also served as the Minister for Transport and Main Roads and Shadow Minister for Small Business, Science, Research and Information and Communication Technology.
